Reservations

  1. A deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The amount is equal to one-half your total stay or two nights, whichever is greater, and must be received within 5 working days of making your reservation. For your convenience you may secure your deposit with a credit card at the time you make your reservation. Your balance plus taxes is due upon check-in.
  2.  If you cancel at least 15 days before your arrival date we will refund your deposit, less a $25 handling fee.
  3. Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before your arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one nights stay (per room booked), unless we can rebook the rooms, in which case we will refund the charge and your deposit less a $25 handling fee.
  4. Cancellations within 7 days or less before your arrival date will be charged the full price of the reservation unless we can rebook the rooms, in which case we will refund the charge and your deposit less a $25 handling fee.
  5. In cases where we cannot rebook the rooms, resulting in cancellation fees, we will issue you a Gift Certificate valid in the dollar amount of the cancellation fees (not handling fees).  Gift Certificates may be used as payment for rooms reserved in the future.  Gift Certificates may be used, sold or transferred to other persons.

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  Early or late arrivals MUST be arranged in advance.
  • Check-out is at 10:30 AM.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal and travelers checks, money orders, and cash.
